Still not working freezing on download

Just downloaded and installed the ipa 4.49.8 version and the update status bar vanishes and comes back and stops after first download .gets stuck on rotating donut packet at 17/847 (28.3/1163.9mb)

4.49.7 doesn’t work since they updated to 4.49.8 hopefully a quick fix ? Thanks team 👌🏽
