I've installed AppSync Unified. Reinstalled a preference Loader, reinstalled app, reinstalled tweak (x12 times), Urgh I've done everything..

I've tried to install 8 Ball Pool Hack By Storm8, and it's not showing up in settings. I've reinstalled Preference Loader, deleted the app, reinstalled it, reinstalled the hack and nothing shows up. Why is this? How do I fix it? I'm on iOS 8.1. And on iPad
