After updating my iPad, when I try to open the IOS GODS app+ it says Developer mode required. What do I need to do?

I had to reset my iPad recently & when I did the App+ app did not load properly, can someone please send me the link to my account? I have a yearly subscription to the app + but I can’t access it without the the email. Thank you, Ultimate X
