In membership info section still says “You don't have any active App+ memberships yet. Register a device to get started!” Does that mean it didn’t work ?

I bought the app+ about 5 days ago, I know it says it could take up to 3 days or longer, but I wonder if there’s a way to check up on the status of the activation? Since I didn’t recieve any email confirmation on the purchase, even tho it went through in my bank account, it made me wonder if something happened and its not getting activated at all. Thanks in advance for the support!

So I purchased a 3 month ViP subscription on november 24th, but the app has been revoked for a long time, more than a month I’ll say, and the problem was solved until a couple days ago. My ViP subscription is supposed to end this month, but will the time that I couldn’t use it be like replaced? Like let the subscription stay active for the equivalent time that I couldn’t use it? If not, what other solution is there, since I don’t find it fair to pay for something and not be able to use it. Thank you
