Help/Support ViP purchased but unable to use it due to revoke

So I purchased a 3 month ViP subscription on november 24th, but the app has been revoked for a long time, more than a month I’ll say, and the problem was solved until a couple days ago. My ViP subscription is supposed to end this month, but will the time that I couldn’t use it be like replaced? Like let the subscription stay active for the equivalent time that I couldn’t use it? If not, what other solution is there, since I don’t find it fair to pay for something and not be able to use it. Thank you -
