Got them all working now. Installing the Deb through ifile was the solution that worked for me, rather than installing through cydia. My game crashed multiple times(iPhone 5s 8.1.1) but eventually it loaded. Thanks so much! Been waiting for this for months! -

Just tried it & it doesn't work. Tried installing the tool through cydia as well. This isn't updated for the newest version of sim city, version 1.2.27 When can we expect an updated version?
