Guys please help. I keep on losing weight even though I eat a lot of food (I eat 4 meals a day + snacks) and I now weigh 45kg. Yesterday I weighed 48, and the day before I weighed 50. I dunno what's happening, and I'm scared.

Goggwell, I am a certified personal trainer, I can tell that the weight changes between days like 1-2kgs due to amount of water / food and stuff. Your weight is strange, I mean , how tall are you? Try to eat pasta 4 times a day and you will see reall gains. Also never skip the breakfast, that's the most important meal of the day. PM me for more.
