      Sorry for bothering but is it detectable like does it detect that you're using a mod and it makes you restart at day 1

      yes, since 2 major versions ago, if you are logged in to any method and sync your data to the server, the server side has a detection for too-much cash or too much diamonds and forces you to reset your account to restart at Day 1. the only way to avoid that is to log out and stay logged out in the game.
