If you want iGG to see TrollStore installed apps, go into TrollStore, tap on the app & tap on Switch to User Registration.

Solution: So I found out the reason I kept getting the same error everytime I tried to jailbreak was because I had signed Unc0ver with TrollStore.
As soon as I installed Unc0ver via either signed like iG app or through Sideloadly, I could jailbreak fine without any issues.
