  1. Anyone know how to prevent leg cramps? Can’t sleep without getting one. So painful :/

      Yeah I’m on my feet all day and barley get to sit down so that might be it too :(

      walk a little more on the day, drink water, don't stay too much on chair make some little breaks :)

      in simple need to find correct exercises for muscles  
      shortening - means thats basically need to stretch some of group muscles
      in our body most of muscles have opposite side muscles - and when all time works only one side of muscles - they are tired and must be relaxed via stretching

      make yoga exercises every day and be healthy ;)



      ps: such said my teacher - who dont practise kung-fu when he young - he will be nothing when he will be old
