A leg cramp is an episode of sudden pain in the muscles of the leg caused by an involuntary contracting (shortening) of the leg muscle. Most leg cramps occur in the calf muscles and, less commonly, in the feet and thighs. Cramps can last from a few seconds up to 10 minutes.
in simple need to find correct exercises for muscles
shortening - means thats basically need to stretch some of group muscles
in our body most of muscles have opposite side muscles - and when all time works only one side of muscles - they are tired and must be relaxed via stretching
make yoga exercises every day and be healthy
ps: such said my teacher - who dont practise kung-fu when he young - he will be nothing when he will be old
