    Requirements: Cydia, Localiapstore from repo.hackyouriphone.org/. Step 1. Download required tweaks from cydia. Step 2. Open 2k18, click the plus sign at the top, select a vc package, hit cancel when the popup pops up.

    Thanks bro I tried to edit the plist and it wasn't working so I'll try this.

    Not working for me. And I fixed the asking for Apple ID by signing out and signing back in in settings and iTunes and App Store.
