Yes you need itunes for Impactor to load the phoenix ipa. Also is your device 32 bit or 64? What iPad do you have?

If what I can see, themes work but stickers do not.

As Omukae said, this mod is for global only, no sea or other versions as they are already ahead of global.

If you're smart about how you use it you won't be. Start with things off, and if you start taking damage, pause, then turn the mods on. Later on in the game no amount of mods will help without actually learning to build good characters and sets. Just use your head

You checked it's installed in cydia correct? Also, you should get the login prompt for the mod to be active. Do you get those? also did you try this link here to make sure you have everything to make the debs work on 11.3.1?

Is it a matter of install not working or the igmm?
