    I am trying to get the modded version of Hempire which from what I read, does not require root. I had the Play Store deleted and used ES File Explorer to download the Hempire Mod APK. Tried installing it and it comes with the error "App Not Installed". Any ideas guys? I have no clue what to do at this point.
