Hi. Pretty new here. I have downloaded the game and installed following all the instructions. However, the game keeps shutting down immediately. Any tips?

Total noob here. I’ve downloaded this game and yet it keeps shutting down when opening. I’ve tried erasing data / resetting as per other posts but it doesn’t work. Any other ideas?
