The accurate answer is that, as of right now, there is only one current jb for iPhone 7 on iOS 10.3.3. That is the Meridian jb. But bad news is Cydia isn't fully compatible. What happens is that u do get jailbroken. And cydia will install. But when u open cydia it's empty. And u can't load sources manually. any tweaks, apps, mods, etc., if u somehow side loaded them they still wouldn't work. Maybe, hopefully in the future they may develop a working useable cydia for that specific phone and os. But as of right now there's none. There are other jb tools out there for 10.3.x, but they aren't comparable with iPhone 7. Something about the headset jack not being there screws it up. I don't know.. but what I do know is that, as of right now your sh!t out of luck brother. That's the most accurate answer you'll get. I wish it wasn't that way. The only positive I could give u is that there is potential for someone from the jb community to create and release a functional cydia for iPhone 7 iOS 10.3.3. But..I wouldn't hold my breath
