Hi! I'm using 5s and that's always happening to me, my solution is try not to lock your orientation (landscape/portrait) then when the iosgods agreement pop out try to hold your phone in vertical position then tap "thanks" then it will be gone. Hope you get what I said.

How did you get a 40,000 gold/coins? I only got 10,110 when I started. Currently at level 4 castle. ?

Why I can’t purchase any of the in-game store except fuel? Always telling me “service temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.” ? It works on 1.6.9 version. Doesn’t work anymore in 1.6.10.
