Bro if you have any adblock on turn it off as well as when you hit that download ipa button it will sent you to another website where a menu will pop up saying accept cookies just accept it and then will see download now button, it's slightly illegible so look carefully in the centre of the page..... Hope it helps.....same thing happend to me as well hehe
