PSA: finally got my Save file to transfer, the problem was that I was using the latest version of ibackupbot (5.5.3) and the latest version of iTunes (12.7). The solution I found was downgrading both with a system restore. I downgraded ibackupbot to ver: 5.4.4 and iTunes to ver: 12.5.1. I’m not 100% sure which program was causing the error but I’m sure it was Ibackupbot. First step is to sign out of iCloud. Now install PvZ2 6.3.1 from App Store. Next, DONT open the app, Open iTunes and Plug your phone into the computer and back up to computer, not iCloud. Close iTunes and open ibackupbot 5.4.4. The program will come up with errors and won’t pick up the plugged in device, that’s okay. Make the Application Support/No_Backup/pp.dat directory on your desktop and locate the PVZ2 directory and paste Application support into the library folder. After doing this, close ibackupbot and re-load iTunes. Now backup with iTunes. This should work flawlessly and once it’s backed up, load your game for the first time and the save file will load successfully i hope this helps people who are struggling with the same problem!

It works on my phone but when I do the exact same steps on my girlfriends phone, I get error code 10 and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried it on her iPad as well and nothing. If someone could please help I would really appreciate it
