    The free in-app purchase doesn't work for me. It is an iPhone 5s running 10.3.1, downloaded in NO ADVERTISING ALLOWED!, not jailbroken. It's always showing "oops.. the service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.. what can I do to fix it??
