Read the FAQ thread "Application not installed"? There might be few reasons for this. 1. The game might have been only available for Rooted Devices so if you don't have root, it won't let you install the app. 2. You are not able to overwrite your app if you have downloaded from PlayStore and try to install a mod over it unless you have root. Are you sure this doesn't require a rooted device?

Upon installation I get a message "App not installed" any work around?

Works perfectly, however the diamonds hack doesn't work when purchasing some things like Cars, upgraded fences, trees, statues. Besides that, it's awesome been testing it out for a day now level 28 no ban
