You can't fully build the ATV yet. Not all the parts are released yet. It'll come in future updates. So no, you can't use the Z card yet. Horde it for future updates. AK doesn't do any damage to it. Only way to damage it is with the sniper or the shotgun. Even then the sniper only does 2dmg and shotgun does 3.
