Mine is stuck on loading, have logged out of game centre and back in, but nothing

I have crafted the radio tower but it wont let me build it, even tried with basic chest and it does't allow it

Does this method work for the last day on earth? I have followed the steps, but in the hacked version there is not a .plist file to replace the existing one with. Any help would be great. Thanks

There is no file in the hack to replace with? this is using backupbot.

Will there be any additional cheats to the non-jailbroken version?
