Help/Support UDID ID not 40 characters long.

Thank you! I thought this might have been the case since I'm on an XR. -
I'm planning on buying IosGods App+ and I got my UDID using the method on the purchase screen as well as on iTunes. However, my UDID seems to be completely different to what most people get, mine is only about 25 characters long whereas I've read they're supposed to be 40. I really want to purchase the app but I'm worried the UDID is incorrect.

This isn't working for me. I constantly get the error Zip.CPP:557 in Cydia Impactor and it states that it is not a ZIP Archive.

Will this work for IOS 10.3.3? I am extremely new to this and have never jailbroken anything in my life, I kind of need help with things as I don't have a clue were to start. My main goal is to get GameGem onto my IOS but I know you need a jailbroken device to do this and I don't have a clue how to jailbreak it :/. I stupidly recently updated to IOS 10.3.3 so I am not quite sure if anythings working with this
