Since item x99 isn't working, you can just inject item by replacing the hex and doing Burny's dungeon level 1. That gives usually 2 stacks of "Jems" which would be replaced by whatever you injected. It's also 1 energy :>

Evil shard is better, but sol creator is craftable. Which is good if you're trying to hide the fact that you're modding/injecting. Evil shard is more limited and higher up to get.
