Okay I have tried for HOURS now to get this right, and it keeps just purchasing the charcter and not adding it to my collection! Is there anyone here who has game gurdian or is willing to be paid to buy it who can use my WB ID to get in some specific chars I cant pull from the challenge packs I.E. Jade, Baraka, and Freddy kruger?

I did all the instructions to replace trooper with assassin jade, but after re-purchasing the trooper, jade wasn't in my kollection! Am I missing a step?
