These cheats work (without login issues too) for both your characters & your CPU opponents. Ignore debug menu option. Probably for cz1993 checking cheats? Anyways, the best strategy is knock down your opponent, pause game, turn on both top two cheats, unpause, spam specials. Preferably ranged specials. It's fun seeing your CPU opponent spam specials like a noob.
