Apple stopped supporting this (and all 32-bit applications) with iOS 11, but has anyone figured out a way around it? You can play it on Mac (downloaded from the App Store), but it isn't the same as having it on your phone

I'm so confused...I had used a hack for this game waaay back when iFunBox was still usable for this sort of thing. I restarted my game (because there was no new content, I had reached #1 and so on) but lost the modded number of stars/cash. This cheat seems like the only valid option still around...but I don't understand from the instructions how to "install" it. My iPhone is running the latest version of iOS and is NOT jailbroken. Any help is appreciated.
