My App+ has been revoked since January of this year and I haven’t received an update on the status since June 27 (from a pm with Rook). I check in every 33+ days and responses have now stopped.
I do understand the situation of the revoke wave, however the cessation of communication makes the situation sour. The reason this topic is here and not in a revoke fix is due to it being so close to the year mark from when I purchased, that I am unable to make the request because “my subscription will probably expire” before its fixed.
Therefore, I’d like to be credited for the almost year without the service that I paid for, and refunded for the original amount.
