    It does not unlock items permanently. Its purpose is to look at unreleased items and use them in lobby or you could use the emotes in some maps.

    I stated that you can only use them in certain maps and for now you can only use emotes in those certain maps until I make a fix for wearing it in-game since anything you equip kicks you out of the game.
