General App to shut down ipad automtically after a set time

We are parents who are looking for an app that will shut down our child's iPad (not lock it - shut it down) after an hour of use each day. This is when our child is not with us. This would be with or without an internet connection. Is there an app that does is? We have looked and looked. Thanks. (not jailbroken) Mac

Help/Support App to Password Protect a Folder (with apps inside)

As a parent of a child with a new ipad, I am looking for an app to password protect a folder that contains various apps (including the Settings app). I have Parental controls on (Restrictions), but of course "Restrictions" in ios 10 is limited in what it can do. I have not found one that does this, despite a lof of searching. Thanks for any help. Mac (No jailbreak)
