solved this finally! so im quite new to mod menus' especially the igg thing where i edit values, and apparently you wont be able to upgrade your mercenaries if both of the tags (universal tag and the unique tag for that mercenary) required for it are like 2000000+ so i just put one back to 0 and fixed it

https://prnt.sc/lDaPmYWlPnIZ its in a different language when i try to upgrade also when i select the stripes and try to increase the amount i will use it does not work and clicking upgrade to finish also does not work and i cannot exit out of it, must open build mode or go back to home
