Hack ICleaner Non-Jailbreak (This one actually works)

I got this years ago, it's ok but it's nothing like iCleaner from Cydia, which I guess is understandable because the device is not jail broken and this cleaner can't get to Root and all the files under it so it's pretty much still in the sandbox and can only clean low level stuff like App reports or error reports. Also it can't turn on or off all the stuff that the real iCleaner can do ad many other things are missing, so if you are not jail broken don't be that happy but I guess it's better then nothing.
