For a lot of gamers, games will often come full circle like a three part Shakespearean play with your EX in the staring role. It inevitably opens much like a drug addicts veins. For many, it is the muse that holds and gently caresses us as we spend hours into the night playing and spending to progress at some inhuman rate. Soon, as the luster of a new game wears off, the drama rapidly unfolds with the plastic card regret and a bit of shame tinged with insanity as the grip around the electronic device consumes each waking moment in a whirlwind of in game events and promotions. Before long, the bill arrives and the muse is nowhere to be found.
It seems as if this game has now come full circle and I'm faced with it once again. Would it be a wiser decision to let it pass me by? Or do you choose to say hello the EX, have a coffee surrender to her every whim? In the bliss of surrender, would you allow yourself to pick up where you left off or start anew?
(For normal people:) Start the game from scratch or pick up from where the account left off a year and a half (who knows how many updates) ago and see where that leads?
