Before you write to  Gameloft Customer Care, you must do a few steps that i learned with a previous unblocking experience.
First, delete Dungeon Hunter 5 v6.2.1 +5 Cheats from Cydia.

Second, remove any remnants of the cheats through icleaner pro in the preference files section .

Third , from . Apps Manager. wipe data for the game Don’t afraid you will not lose anything , once you open the game again, it will show you like a new player and once you are logged in to Game Center, you will be asked to restart, but currently Do not turn on the game until you make sure to contact the Gameloft Customer Care and answer you.
I waited two days and they responded and unblocked
