Guns can no longer be duplicated using split

Update: @Ravino Thank you very much. Ravino was right, resetting the resources locations the appropriate amount of time did work. Once the reset number registered you can finalize without problems. for anyone wondering you must reset factory 5 time, motel 6 times, and farm 6 times too iirc.
