Help/Support How to remove MDM profile from a older work phone ?

Hello I have a work phone that I want to use for personal sim, it was remotely wiped using MDM by our IT team. Now when I start the phone and set up it asks me to install the MDM profile again. How do I stop or setup this as a new phone ?
