    When an app that says all purchases are unlocked, but when I go into the app it asks for AppleID & password - what do I do?

      What do you mean? Free IAP game? If so when popup appear just press cancel

    It’s asking for Apple ID and password. When I try to use mine it says I’m not authorized to make this sandbox purchase.
