Do you have all the dependencies installed? 

I’d recommend using Setuptheos (even though it says it’s outdated), as it installs everything you may need (theos, SDK, depencies)

Yes. The dylib and plist go inside /bootstrap/Library/SBInject/. The preferences plist goes in /bootstrap/Library/PreferenceLoder/preferences/, and the TCPatcher.bundle folder goes inside /bootstrap/Library/PreferenceBundles/

You can’t install the deb like that. You have to decompress it and put the fules in the appropriate places with Electra
