Update: Downlaoded Sideloady and such and tried doing it from there and I receive this Error message? Sorry for all the replies, I just want to see what I am doing wrong. My phone is NOT Jailbroken Installing... Can someone please explain in detail on what exact steps to do? I tried downloading Cydia and I connected my phone and all but can't install the IPA or DEB files on it. My phone is non jail broken and this is my first time trying this out. sorry for the noob question.

I downloaded Cydia Impactor, and downloaded the .DEB file, but am confused on what to do next? I'm on the newest iOS software. Connected my device to the computer and hit download cydia but nothing happens after?
