Thanks for the help, I still cant get it to work. I have around 6 fields to change to -21000000 , then I go back to the game but everything is the same?

i follow the steps, but when i go back into the store, it doesn't show any prices , and won't let me buy anything?? any ideas? then as soon as i connect to wifi it wants to update.
