Help/Support Does IDA binary cheats require JB?

I went through the IDA tutorials by ZahirSher and also some other ones I found online. It seems like the only thing I'm missing is having it JB so I can use clutch to get the cracked binary. Is it possible to get the binary without using clutch/jailbroken? I'm trying to use IDA on pirate power https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/pirate-power/id605057245?mt=8 Thanks!
