Are you Jailbroken? That is not possible. If your software can get into the filesystem, it will be there. Unless you for some reason need kernel access to get into No_Backup . I'll look into this. -Elevated

In order for the pp.dat file to generate in the game you need to play long enough for the game to make a data file. To do this, just make a player (fill out your name, age, etc.) and play the first level. Then if you reopen your software, there will be a pp.dat file there. Follow: /var/mobile/Applications/AppName/Library/Application Support/No_Backup/
