Do I need to do anything for it to work? Cause like I have 19 energy with no energy quest enabled but when I try to go in it says I have not enough energy

No energy isn’t working for me? Like it shows 214785595 energy and my energy bar is full but when I press the quest it says I don’t have enough energy @DiDA
