I canโt seem to join a team too - it keeps saying โplease check your internet connectionโ but thereโs nothing wrong with my internet connection I lost all my coins too I wonder if they've restricted my account?

I had my third-party supplier (they wont let me name them) app license revoked & had to reset the settings & add a new license from them. After this, the new fixed app worked with the new license. Not sure why but it is now working.
