Help/Support Updated revoke app+ installation still not working.

Got the installation email today after waiting around a month since submitted the revoked udid application. Tried to install even with developer mode on as instructed but app shows “cannot verify integrity” can someone please direct me in the right path to get this to work. thanks -
I also have not received the activation email. I’m renewing my app+. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
