Hi The email came with the install file for profile and app I click install profile .... it starts.... opens website ...... verifies the udid .:. Asks me if I want to install... asks to open iTunes ... asks if I want to install app and then nothing happens

I have paid for app got email to say it has been activated but can’t find a download link for the app+ anywhere only the free one
