Hello,I Have been thinking about quoting gaming as my family and the internet believe that it is unhealthy I’m kind of a chunky human so I’m not the most healthy person people also say that it makes you angry and I have seen some examples like my father which rages and is pretty loud but can’t blame him he plays a nonfun game but still it is rumoured it is bad for your eyesight and brain I don’t believe that as I’m not easy to crack or lie to and that’s why I’m asking.
