Cydia still crashes

Device : iPad Mini 9.3.5 So today i installed GamePlayer for xarold's repo and i restarted spring board , but my ipad got stuck on the apple logo , so I had pressed the power and home button and rebooted normally , upon trying to reinstall jailbreak , the spring board reboot seems to be infinite thus i always have to stop it by pressing the power and home button . How can i fix this ? will it help if i uninstall GamePlayer somehow ? or use Custom Offsets on Phoenix ???

So i recently made a Mimo IPA hack I use a 32 Bit Jailbroken.iPad mini on 9.3.5 . I used Clutch2 to crack the ipa and used theos jailed on mac to make the IPA Hack . A user reported they get the following error when trying to install.
