I can confirm for my mini 2 that g0blin is a working jailbreak for A7-A9 devices. I would check Reddit's jailbreak section on the right hand side of the page. I believe all 10-10.3x 64bit idevices.

Fudge. I wish I came here before doing a backup restore which failed. Now I have no default iOS apps, e.g., Settings, Safari, iTunes, App Store, etc. Also, everytime I try to restore to 9.3.3 from .ipsw, this also fails. I guess i have to wait for the 10.3.1 JB to come out. *sniff*
