how do you guys gain access tot he documents folder with out ifunbox now? (not jailbroken)

how do you guys access the apps in ios 8.3 now? ifunbox does not work and future updates will require the dev to enable access in their settings

might be a stupid question, but how do you use the cash to buy those green things that revive you if you die during a mission? Also any one got to level 33 and know where all 3 coins are? I cant for the life of me find the third, google/yt did not help
