im using ios 7.1.2. the .deb file is finishing its installation. but i cannot see the tweak in the setting. please help

please help. im using IGG and gamegem, but the app close every time im searching the value of health. do i need backgrounder or anything? im running 8.1.2 and backgrounder and backgrounder manager seem to not working. i also try appheads na app still close when i search the health value.
